- Dr. Bouchlas is a Fellow in the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and a member of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine.
- He is also a member of the following associations: American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the International Spinal Injection Society.
- He has co-authored several publications in the field of spinal injections.

Constantine G. Bouchlas, M.D. is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A graduate of Duke University, Dr. Bouchlas received his medical degree from St. Georges University School of Medicine. He completed his medical internship at St. John’s Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington D. C. where he also served as assistant clinical professor. He is actively involved in training non-surgical fellows at the Florida Spine Institute. His expertise is in the diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal, joint, and spinal conditions utilizing non-surgical treatments.
