Body Mechanics Training
The purpose is to teach patients "spine friendly" movement patterns that are safer, more efficient and comfortable for the body. Ergonomic assessment of home and work environments can be discussed so that patients understand that even simple adjustments to their surroundings as well as body awareness is key to managing and preventing symptoms.
